Fundraising Strategy for the Post-2020 SAPBIO,including the Post-2020 Strategy for MCPAs and OECMs, for the period 2022-2030 and beyond

The following clarifications are given for a better understanding of the Tender Documents: (in bold, italic) :

1. The call states that two senior experts are required. Considering the extent of the required activities, is it possible to include in the proposed team more than two senior experts?

Yes, it is possible to include in the proposed team more than two experts. Only the two experts requested will be noted in the evaluation and it is necessary to clearly indicate who is the expert 1 and who is the expert 2. However, you should pay attention to the financial balance of your offer.

2. Preparation of donor’s conference: is it foreseen to hold the conference in Tunis in hybrid modality (in person and remotely)? What are the specific activities required to the contractor under “logistical aspects planning”? (Page 6 of the Call for Tenders)  

“Logistical aspects of planning” include the choice of the place (it may not be Tunis), of the format / duration of the event All travel and accommodation costs and expenses related to the consultants and the attendees are covered by SPA/RAC, beside the substantial part of the documents and preparation to be done.

3. Has a maximum budget been foreseen for this tender?

We did not define a maximum budget for this tender because it is difficult to make a precise estimation, but we encourage you to optimize your financial offer to keep it competitive.
